This is one of the more busiest STARBUCKS in Santa Cruz on Ocean St. on the way to the beach boardwalk . One less star because in a super busy touristy town there is No drive thru here. The service is good, the clientele is mostly young people probably college kids and out of towners basically . The lot parking is not that big but there has never been an issue .The building is new and looks very modernized Starbies . It is very clean . Plenty of seating and very open high ceiling Starbucks inside if I remember correctly. Pretty Much it for now , they have condensed the menu recently for quicker service. One thing they need is the digital menu that shows the live real time progress of your order with your name. That's the only thing needed . Super busy with the app mobile orders I noticed . Real Proximity to the freeway and gas stations which is an added bonus. Our drinks came out right . So top notch location and cleanliness is what I like the most at this particular spot. That's all for now , I recommend this STARBUCKS for the convenience and the coffee fix before driving a long trip i.e . Monterey, Carmel Or PCH Highway .

Ordering online prevents my son from going crazy with my credit card. The first time he returned with 13 baked goods including three cake pops and three Venti iced drinks with whipped cream.
